Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown in Georgia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the Engineering department. You will lead maintenance operations, oversee plant equipment, and ensure reliable hospital services.

The role requires 5 years in hospital maintenance with 2 years in a supervisory role, plus training in building maintenance or related trades and a valid driver's license. You will collaborate across teams to meet goals, develop budgets, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years hospital maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Driver's license required and compliance with safety programs.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Technical School training or apprenticeship program or military training in building maintenance, heating and air conditioning, electrical or plumbing Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years of hospital maintenance experience with two (2) year in a supervisory or lead worker position Required
• Experience in a healthcare environment Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid state issued driver's license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500. Upon Hire Required
