Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Supervisor to lead the Facilities Data Office and Parts Inventory Management, ensuring data integrity, effective processes, and inventory control. The role balances daily operations with long-term improvement and partners with leadership to drive accountability and data quality.

Ideal candidates are organized leaders who enjoy process improvement, data work, and supporting operational teams. 100% FTE, days, with on-call rotation weekly.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • 3 years in leadership of maintenance service of a technical nature is required.
  • Certified Hospital Constructor (CHC) or Building Operators Certification (BOC) preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Facilities Data Office and Parts Inventory Management functions.
  • Ensure integrity of facility operational data and maintain effective work management processes.
  • Oversee inventory control activities and support data-driven decision-making across Facilities Management.

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Days. 8 hours per day Monday through Friday with a weekly on call rotation.

The Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Facilities Data Office and Parts Inventory Management functions. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of facility operational data, maintaining effective work management processes, overseeing inventory control activities, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the Facilities Management organization.
