A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant operations and maintenance. The role involves managing maintenance personnel, ensuring safety, and contributing to operational success. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in project and facilities management, along with an associate degree. To plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions necessary for maintaining the physical structures, H.V.A.C., mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in a safe working condition.
The Supervisor, Maintenance, is responsible for administering labor and material controls, training maintenance personnel in safety, and implementing effective management practices. Contribute to the success of the operating center through effective work coordination, resource management, and participation in goal achievement.
All licenses, certifications, or registrations must be maintained in the area of specialty.
