Job description

Maintenance Supervisor

Pay range: $32-$35/hour

WHAT WE DO:

1. Perform general and higher-level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, etc.
2. Respond promptly to resident service requests.
3. Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights (with an on-call bonus).
4. Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
5. Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.

WHAT YOU GOTTA HAVE:

1. Minimum three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
2. 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
3. Refrigeration certification (Type 2 or universal).
4. Valid driver’s license with no major moving violations and dependable transportation.
5. CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied).
6. Knowledge of OneSite preferred.

WHAT YOU’RE GONNA DO:

1. Use various hand tools and test equipment.
2. Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
3. Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
4. Lift up to 100 pounds.
5. Climb ladders up to 40 feet in height.
6. Use a hand-truck.
7. Make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.
