Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, track attendance, and conduct monthly and annual performance reviews
• Handle escalated borrower inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Provide coaching and develop remediation plans for underperforming team members
• Lead training for new hires and support ongoing staff development
• Recommend and implement procedural improvements to enhance department effectiveness
• Respond to investor inquiries and support staff with inbound and outbound borrower communications
• Assist in monitoring reports to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate daily team activities and ensure full engagement and productivity
• Participate in presentations for investors, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Communicate departmental strategies and updates clearly to team members and leadership
• This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work
