Selene Finance LP is seeking an on-site team leader to oversee performance, coaching, and training for a mortgage servicing group. You will handle escalated borrower inquiries with urgency and drive adherence to investor and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer-service orientation.

• Recommend and implement procedural improvements to enhance department effectiveness.
• Coordinate daily team activities and ensure engagement and productivity.
• Communicate departmental strategies and updates clearly to team and leadership.
