Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking an organized professional to review financial packages for mortgage servicing, maintain loan portfolios, and ensure underwriting readiness. The role involves document validation, cross-department collaboration, and precise data entry across systems.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Dallas-area office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• One year of related experience in mortgage servicing, financial document review, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming financial packages to determine the requester, required documentation, and completeness.
• Maintain and update a portfolio of loans to ensure CFPB timelines and Selene requirements.
• Upload and validate standard financial documents for underwriting.
• Collaborate with internal departments during intake and review processes.
• Escalate complete financial packages to underwriting for further evaluation.
• Accurately update multiple systems within Selene’s system of record.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming financial packages to determine the requestor, required documentation, and completeness.
• Maintain and update a portfolio of loans to ensure compliance with CFPB timelines and Selene’s internal and private label requirements.
• Upload and validate standard financial documents necessary for underwriting.
• Collaborate with internal departments throughout the intake and review process.
• Escalate complete financial packages to underwriting for further evaluation.
• Accurately update multiple systems and screens within Selene’s system of record.
