Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable operation of our facility. You will coordinate across departments and contractors, enforce safety policies, and train staff to maximize performance.

The role requires strong problem-solving and time management, plus ability to document audits and maintain environmental permits. Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience, plus 3+ years in waste processing.

Apply today!About the roleJob DescriptionThe Shift Supervisor is responsible for the safe, reliable, and proper operation of the facility. The Shift Supervisor would provide coordination of all plant activities between numerous departments and contractors.Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel at the facility.Proper execution of safety policies and procedures.Issue safety permits, as applicable.Coordinate maintenance activities with facility maintenance department.Maximize operational performance and efficiency in all aspects of the facility.Train and develop employees on proper process and protocol.Maintain working area within all environmental limits and permits.Supervise a team of employees to ensure safety, compliance, and policies are being followed.Maintain administrative records and hold employees accountable.Ability to respond to any injuries or accidents.Problem solve and troubleshoot plant operational issues.Direct completion of shift, daily, weekly, and monthly audits and verifications.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in management; or minimum of 3 years of experience in waste processing or related field.Possess 8-hour DOT Certification Training (Or ability to complete).Possess 10-hour OSHA Training (Or ability to complete).Possess 8-hour HAZWOPER Training (Or ability to complete).Must exercise good judgement and problem-solving skills.Demonstrate attention to detail and time management.Must be computer proficient and able to operate with Microsoft Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.All Reworld positions require a candidate's ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role while upholding Reworld's Values, including (but not limited to) contributing to a safe and inclusive workplace, delivering results through trust, and building breakthrough capabilities.Please note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills.Pay TransparencyReworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages.
