Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Back Plant Operator in Dickerson, MD to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance with lock-out/tag-out procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and experience with heavy industrial equipment. Rotating shifts and safety compliance are essential components of daily duties.

• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and tools.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and document details per procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues using defined work orders.
• Perform lock-out/tag-out processes to support maintenance teams.
