Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is hiring a Back Plant Operator in Kapolei, Hawaii. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment in the waste disposal process.

You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and follow strict safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out, while supporting maintenance teams on rotating shifts. This position requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks and inspections using designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and document details per procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues via defined work orders.
• Use weekly activity books and checklists to verify function checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out procedures in supporting maintenance teams.
