Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Inbound in Denver, CO to oversee daily receiving, ensure policy adherence, and uphold product quality and quantity standards.

Responsibilities include supervising forklift operations, coordinating with inbound teams, scheduling, and ensuring accurate receiving. You will lead associates on the dock and in coolers, coach staff, enforce safety rules, and drive continuous improvements in inbound operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to enforce policies and safety rules.
• Experience coordinating personnel and shift planning.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily receiving processes on the dock and in the coolers, ensuring preferred work methods are followed by associates.
• Assisting employees if short-staffed, driving forklifts, shipping trucks, receiving products, loading trucks, or cleaning warehouse.
• Communicating with the teams daily to explore opportunities within the inbound processes.
• Review, coach, and develop the maintenance associates.
• Monitoring work, adherence to policy and safety requirements.
• Issuing discipline when necessary.
• Maintains associate relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings; maintains ongoing interaction.
• Keeps open communication channels with associates by answering questions and explaining policies and procedures.
• Monitors associate morale, and submits and responds to ideas to improve associate engagement and enablement.
• Department planning and policy review to become more efficient and productive.
• Making all necessary substitutions and responsible for the upkeep of power equipment.
