Job summary

Wingstop in Independence, MO is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor II to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead during shifts when the GM is absent. You will champion a guest-first culture and ensure top-notch service and cleanliness.

The role involves maintaining SMG/QSC standards, training staff, and overseeing safety, cash handling, and inventory. This is a full-time, hourly position in Independence.

Qualifications

• Retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work varying shifts.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and direct operations when GM is not present.
• Ensure excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.
• Maintain 5-Star QSC status and guest-first culture.
• Manage inventory, ordering 2–3 times per week, and assist in monthly counts.
• Train team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash handling and follow cash management policies.
• Schedule shifts and help interview potential new employees.
