Job Description & Duties

Covered California is excited to announce an opening for the position of Career Services Section Leader. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual ready to lead and innovate in the development and implementation of our comprehensive Career Counseling program and lead our efforts in proactive recruitment. You will also lead impactful DEI initiatives by fostering partnerships, analyzing data, and driving efforts to create a workplace culture that values equity and inclusion. Key responsibilities include leading the project management and ongoing enhancement of our Career Counseling program, overseeing our proactive outreach and recruitment processes, ensuring efficient, inclusive, and innovative practices, monitoring and responding to changes in laws and rules affecting the state examination and hiring processes, and managing research studies to optimize recruitment channels and sources for present and future vacancies.

Highlight specific examples that demonstrate your ability to lead and drive projects to completion effectively.
