Under the general direction of Supervisor II, the incumbent (Supervisor I) will supervise and provide feedback to administrative staff on the LifeLine team. They will manage the efforts of the administrative team in record keeping of all technical and program rule decisions made with the third‑party administrator (TPA), keeping records of all communication with service providers and external stakeholders and any decisions made in conjunction with stakeholders and ensure contract compliance of the TPA.
