Job summary

California Child Support Services in Sacramento County seeks a Section Supervisor to oversee a team focused on compliance reviews and related processes within the Title IV-D program. You will guide development, training, and implementation efforts across interfaces, regulations, and policies.

Under the Manager II, you will manage staff, coordinate sections for efficient operation, and contribute to a compliant, high-performing state child support program.

  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of staff responsible for the research, development, execution, dissemination, and implementation of compliance reviews and related policies.
  • Oversee forms, training, interfaces, regulations, and procedures pertaining to the Title IV-D Child Support Program and the California Child Support Enforcement System (CSE).
  • Collaborate with the Manager II, Branch Chief, to ensure accurate compliance and effective statewide training.

Under the general direction of the Manager II, Branch Chief of the Policy, Program and Statewide Training Branch, the Supervisor II plans, organizes, and directs the work of staff responsible for the research, development, execution, dissemination, and implementation of compliance reviews, forms, training, Inter‑Agency Agreements, Business Use Case Proposals, interfaces, policies, regulations, legislation, standards, and procedures pertaining to the administration of the Title IV‑D Child Support Program and the California Child Support Enforcement System (CSE) in the Compliance, Financials, Forms and Interfaces Section within the Child Support Services Division.
