Summary
The MI Field Service Manager is responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and executing field service operations to meet output and quality objectives for a large-scale sales-focused shop. This role includes hiring, training, and coaching a team of one to five or more employees, such as Field Service Technicians, Supervisors, CS Representatives, and administrative staff.
Job Duties
Education & Experience
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and ten or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Physical Demands
Regularly required to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, perform neck and trunk rotations, stair climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, ladder climbing, and crawling. Conditions may be indoor or outdoor with potential loud noise.
Licenses & Certifications
Excellent driving record required. Company vehicles are monitored via video.
Supervisory & Budget Responsibilities
Supervises 2-5 direct reports. Responsible for budget management.
