Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a Powder Coat Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the coating team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will supervise, train, and schedule the team to achieve daily production goals, while monitoring coating thickness and adhesion and addressing defects.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance for spray booths and curing ovens, plus enforcing safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience, with prior leadership.
• Knowledge of electrostatic application, pretreatment processes, and automated equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with Sage and Microsoft Office software.
