Job summary

Gunnebo in the United States seeks a powder coat line supervisor to manage daily paint line operations in Milford, CT. You will lead a coating team, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards across finishing processes.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, quality checks on thickness and adhesion, and maintaining spray booths and curing ovens, while enforcing safety and environmental rules daily.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience with prior leadership.
• Knowledge of electrostatic application, pretreatment processes, and automated equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience with Sage, computers and Microsoft Office.

Supervision

Lead, train, and schedule the coating team to hit daily production goals.

Quality Control

Inspect finished parts, monitor coating thickness and adhesion, and fix defects.

Process & Equipment

Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance for spray booths and curing ovens.

Safety Compliance

Enforce workplace safety rules and environmental regulations.

• 3 to 5 years of industrial finishing or powder coating experience, with prior leadership.
