Action for Children in Columbus, OH is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Help Me Grow home visiting program to lead day-to-day operations and supervise a team of Family Support Specialists. The role focuses on ensuring quality services in line with ODH and HFA standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in a related field or a Bachelor’s with 3+ years of relevant experience, a background in home visiting, and experience hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

• Master's degree in human services or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent HFA experience.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating direct service staff.
• Healthy Families Ohio Home Visiting Supervisor Full Credential must be possessed or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Help Me Grow home visiting program.
• Supervise and support a team of Family Support Specialists with reflective supervision and performance feedback.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate program goals and drive progress toward outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and HFA policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with community and state partners; provide direct service and participate in outreach as needed.
