Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You'll support the front office management team, guide associates with a service-first mindset, and uphold the company's Promise to Lead with Love, delivering courteous, efficient service and a positive overall guest impression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
• Proficient in Windows software; communicate clearly; work well under high pressure and maintain composure.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be a resource for the many questions our guests may have and ensure customer satisfaction prior to arrival and throughout their stay. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest’s folio and handle payments.
• Complete and ensure that a proper bucket check, room rate verification report, and housekeeping report have been accurately done and filed as well as daily front office checklists.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
