Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a friendly Guest Service Ambassador to help guests during check-in, stay, and check-out, ensuring every guest leaves with lasting memories. No prior experience is required; we will train the right person with a positive attitude and a leadership style rooted in collaboration and service.

Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available year-round.

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.

• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aGuest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime.Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
