Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Services Bell Staff member in Wisconsin Dells. You will assist with check-in/check-out processes and safely transport guests using shuttle vehicles, delivering an attentive and confidential service to ensure a memorable stay.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, supporting associates while creating extraordinary guest experiences. Flexible full-time or part-time hours available year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 25 years of age and valid driver's license in state of employment.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekingGuest Services Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out processand/orsafely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
