Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide in the United States is seeking a Crewmember Training Records Auditor responsible for the overall audit of crewmember training forms and records to ensure FAA compliance, and to maintain crewmember qualifications in the AIMS system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of FARs related to crewmember training, plus strong administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills to verify documentation and communicate discrepancies.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the overall audit of all crewmember training forms/records to ensure Atlas and FAA compliance. In addition, this position maintains all crewmember qualification in the AIMS computer system.

Major Job Accountabilities
  • Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations
  • Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties
  • Audits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is current
  • Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file
  • Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire
  • Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records
Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of FAR’s as they pertain to Crewmember training records and regulations
  • Working knowledge of the AIMS computer system
  • A minimum of five years of comprehensive airline training records and related experience
  • Must have at least five years experience and demonstrated leadership performance accomplishments in a planning and/or administration capacity
  • Must possess the personal integrity and administrative skills to gain the confidence of the crewmember work force
  • Must demonstrate the desire and the ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
  • Must have strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative and communication skills

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

$62,500 — $73,500 USD
