Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Supervisor at Goshen College in Goshen, IN for a full-time role. This position begins early shifts and includes occasional weekend work, with responsibilities spanning front-end operations and campus foodservice.

You will lead daily activities, ensure safety and policy compliance, and communicate issues to management while maintaining professional grooming and appearance standards. Opportunities for growth and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Supervisor at Goshen College in Goshen, IN. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Some weekends are required.
