Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra Resorts, invites seasonal professionals to join our high-altitude team in Mammoth Lakes, California. You will oversee Gondola operations, daily checks, and safety procedures while supporting Lift Operators.

This role requires strong guest service, leadership, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme weather. We offer a competitive hourly wage of 24.84 to 27.04 dollars, plus a suite of resort passes and discounts for dependents.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift or gondola operations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather.
