AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Full-time Dining Supervisor for Siena University in Loudonville, NY. The role primarily covers evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday and involves overseeing front-end operations, cash handling, and ensuring safety and service standards.

The successful candidate will have prior culinary/foodservice experience, strong customer service and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits are included.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Dining Supervisor at Siena University in Loudonville, NY. This position will work evenings, Sunday - Thursday.

The pay for this position is $22.50/ an hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee front end production
• Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Perform any other duties as specified by management

Requirements:

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Successful team leadership experience
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
