Responsibilities
  • Lead efficient check-in and check-out services, coordinating front office activities with other departments to meet standards and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and resolve owner/guest concerns, aiming for high satisfaction.
  • Provide special services to owners and guests.
  • Handle personnel functions such as hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
  • Maintain a positive work environment between staff and management.
  • Promote team member empowerment and ensure understanding of performance and appearance standards.
  • Supervise payroll and department inspections.
  • Assist with owner and guest activities as needed.
  • Lead key control procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Key leadership skills such as integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use and related software applications.
