City of Hope is seeking a Food Service Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations on City of Hope premises, ensuring quality, service and safety in our healthcare dining environment. The role supports management, coordinates food service activities, trains staff, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and patient/customer care.
Hospital experience and prior lead experience are preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

This role may work in any type of food location on City of Hope premises. This individual provides oversight at the direction of management to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations. This individual will provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but City of Hope may identify other responsibilities of the position.
