Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic ambassadors to lead a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences from the moment guests arrive. You will supervise ambassadors, develop schedules, and drive daily operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and high guest satisfaction.

Core duties include managing Kronos reports, addressing guest concerns, training staff, maintaining supplies, and collaborating with maintenance to keep park facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Create ambassador schedules and Kronos reports.
• Supervise, train, and direct ambassadors.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Plan and direct work, maintain supplies and facility upkeep.
• Ensure guest service, food quality, sanitation and cost goals are met.
