Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Supervisor, Fleet Detailer in Fairbanks, Alaska. This Seasonal, Full Time role oversees fleet detailers and maintains vehicle cleanliness for the guest transport fleet.

Responsibilities include supervising cleaning, operating equipment, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed. A valid driver’s license and 18+ years old are required, with background check and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience involving vehicle or automotive detailing is normally preferred for this job.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company policy (MVR to be requested).
• Minimum age 18 to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship available at this time.

Our Fleet Detailer Supervisor plays a vital role in our transportation operations ensuring our fleet of motorcoaches are always ready to transport out guests through Alaska. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the team of fleet detailers, the fleet cleaning operations and activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience involving vehicle or automotive detailing is normally preferred for this job.

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Current, valid driver’s license, with a driving record that meets company’s clean driver eligibility requirements. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

• Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.

• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
