Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks a Fleet Detailer to clean and detail our motorcoaches in Juneau, ensuring they're ready for service. You’ll work as part of the Maintenance team to uphold pristine interior and exterior conditions.

The role is seasonal full-time in Juneau, Alaska, requiring the ability to pass a background check, be 18+, and eligible to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

Are you passionate about vehicles and take pride in maintaining them to the highest standards? We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Detailer to join our team and ensure our fleet remains in pristine condition. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in our operations by cleaning and maintaining our motorcoaches, ensuring they are always ready for service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles, including windows, seats, floors, dashboards, and exteriors.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and pressure washers.
• Sanitize high-touch areas and address biohazards or spills in accordance with health and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
