Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Clinton, IA to direct forklift-enabled receiving, storage and shipping activities in support of plant production. You will lead a warehouse team, train staff, assign tasks, and ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of manufacturing operations experience and 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Keep team members informed about administrative matters, policies, procedures, and performance.
• Provide regular feedback to team members regarding their individual work performance.
• Communicate with Logistics Manager/Warehouse Manager regarding warehouse operations and significant matters.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will direct the actions of warehouse team members who perform receiving, storage and shipping functions in support of plant production operations. Communicate with managers, team leaders, team members, and clerical staff in other plant departments on matters applicable to warehouse operations. Also ensure warehouse operations are safe, sanitary, efficient, cost effective, and meet all NQS standards.

Salary: $67,767.30 to $93,053.00 per year

Bonus Eligibility: Yes

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
