You’ll coach staff, manage performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives with TPM and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

• Coordinate work schedules, overtime, and Permits to Work.
• Utilize problem-solving and tools available to reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead projects focused on performance improvement, factory goals, and personal development including sponsorship of continuous improvement efforts within the facility.
• Deliver key performance indicators within assigned area of responsibility in the factoryincludingoperational efficiency, downtime, and staffing utilization.

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead by example as you foster and engage in a culture of standards that promotes the highest level of safety and quality throughout our processes. Must be open to 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) and weekend work.

Salary: $75,229.20 to$99,782.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
