Qualifications

  • Minimum six (6) months housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Job Summary

This position will manage the day to day operations for provides oversight of cleanliness, project management, and motivates the team to offer superior health services in a caring environment. Primarily responsible for duties such as staff scheduling, training, supervising and monitoring for quality assurance while utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills under the guidance and support of a manager. Ensures staff have tools, supplies and daily assignments. Monitors departmental procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. Conduct regular rounding with unit leads and patient surveys. Promotes the continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental/infection control standards and practices. Displays and practices a work style that reflects the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
  • Work Experience Minimum two (2) years Increasingly responsible experience (required)
  • Minimum six (6) months Housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality (preferred)
  • Skills and Abilities Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation Range: $30.82 - $44.80 Workshift: Position Exempt: No FTE %: 100 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Daily Hours: 8
