Job summary

Valley Children\'s Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to provide competent bedside care for pediatric patients in a full assignment, under the direction of the chief nurse and in accordance with hospital policies.

The role requires an accredited nursing program, RN license (CA BRN), BLS (AHA) within 30 days, and PALS (AHA) within 12 months. Bilingual skills are preferred, with night shifts and a 86.25% FTE in a leading pediatric network.

Qualifications

• Education: Accredited nursing program (required); College Degree - 4 year Nursing (preferred).

Job Summary: This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children\'s polices.
