Community Memorial Health System is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate workflow, supervise staff, monitor quality, and ensure a clean, safe hospital environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in Environmental Services, 1 year supervisory experience, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish; preferred an Associate's degree, and offers competitive pay and benefits.
Salary Range: $33.15 - $45.88 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Environmental Services department to ensure a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. This position coordinates departmental workflow, supervises Environmental Services personnel, monitors quality and productivity, assists with staffing and scheduling, provides training and coaching, and promotes compliance with departmental policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements. The Environmental Services Supervisor collaborates with Nursing, Engineering, and other departments to support efficient patient throughput, timely room turnover, and the effective operation of Environmental Services while fostering exceptional customer service and continuous process improvement.
Supervises Environmental Services staff by providing daily direction, scheduling, training, coaching, performance feedback, and operational oversight to ensure quality standards, productivity, and departmental objectives are achieved.
