Job summary

Jobtailor in Tulsa, OK seeks an experienced Environmental Compliance Manager to lead performance metrics, regulatory reporting, and program implementation across natural gas operations.

You will oversee training, collaborate with field leaders, and drive continuous environmental improvements through data analysis and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, or a science based field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the natural gas industry with environmental compliance and reporting.
  • Understanding of environmental management systems and compliance assurance requirements.
  • Familiar with unit operations across enterprise assets.
  • Understanding of regulatory rulemaking process.
  • Experience in facility design and operations.
  • Leadership experience in environmental compliance reporting.

  • Coordinate workforce planning, career development, and supports expense planning and forecasting through data analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, or a science based field
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the natural gas industry and with environmental compliance and reporting and emissions control
  • Understanding of environmental management systems and compliance assurance requirements
  • Familiar with unit operations across the range of enterprise assets
  • Understanding of regulatory rulemaking process
  • Experience in facility design and operations
  • Environmental compliance reporting and regulatory rule making process experienceLeadership experience
