Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Engineering Programs Manager in Pennsylvania to lead engineering initiatives, drive regulatory compliance, and champion emission-reduction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategic roadmaps, and deliver automated Power BI reports for Engineering & Tech Services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, program oversight, and a deep understanding of natural gas facilities and sustainability initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
  • Six (6) years or more related experience is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • 2 years' experience with Natural Gas Facilities preferred.
  • Previous experience with project management and cost estimating preferred.
  • Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of individuals/employees.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools at an advanced proficiency preferred.
