TForce Freight is seeking a Supervisor, Driver Recruiter to lead the full recruitment process for driver and management roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, conduct screenings, and guide candidates through interviews to offer.

This role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline, meeting hiring targets, and delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. U.S. work authorization required and 21+.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing.
• Experience with social media recruiting.
• Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the position and job requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience and fit for the position.

The Supervisor Driver Recruiter is responsible to manage the full recruitment process to attract, engage and present top qualified candidates to the hiring managers for various positions within the company, including management and hourly positions. This role involves partnering with the hiring managers to understand the position and job requirements, sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while adhering to company guidelines.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of previous full-cycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
