Vitalant in Denver is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I to coordinate and support blood drives, engage coordinators, and assist with donor recruitment while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of related experience in a sales, healthcare, or donor recruitment environment.
• Prior sales experience, particularly in customer facing or outreach roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support virtual and onsite blood drives in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention.
• Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first-time donors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems.
• Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards.
• Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to support operational success
