Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a CDL Trainer at the Wilsonville plant to train individuals to attain CDL Class A or B licenses for Driver Merchandising roles. The role combines classroom instruction with hands-on behind-the-wheel training and requires knowledge of state and DOT regulations and Swire safety policies.
You'll maintain training records, ensure FMCSA TPR compliance, and develop trainees while delivering high service standards to support our delivery operations.

This position is responsible for training and preparing individuals to attain their CDL Class A and or B License for a Driver Merchandising position. The role requires using effective teaching skills; it also requires understanding and adhering to state, DOT regulations and Swire Safety policies. This role is responsible for teaching both classroom theory and behind-the-wheel training curriculum.
Due to the nature of our work and to help maintain a safe workplace for our employees and customers, after a candidate receives a conditional offer of employment, they will be required to complete pre-employment screening. This includes a criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review.
Screening results are evaluated based based on several factors, including the nature and severity of an offense, how much time has passed, the relevance to the position, patterns of repeated offenses, and driving history for roles that requireoperatinga vehicle.
All results are reviewed fairly and in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
