Shield HealthCare is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily distribution operations at our Valencia, California facility. You will supervise non-exempt staff, coordinate receiving, stocking and shipping, and ensure timely, accurate orders while maintaining safety standards and OSHA compliance.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift certification, at least two years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

The posted range for this position is $30-45/hour which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay withing the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
