Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring receipt, storage, and shipment of supplies safely and efficiently for healthcare providers nationwide.

You will direct a team of warehouse professionals, focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, optimize space usage, and mentor staff while coordinating with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• Comfortable directing daily warehouse activities and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.

• Lead day-to-day activities of employees, assign and review work, provide guidance on complex issues.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.

Job Summary

Lead the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and efficiently in support of healthcare providers and patients nationwide. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct and develop a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflows, monitoring operational performance, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring the proper maintenance and protection of equipment. Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted. - Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
• Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities. Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and are filled out accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.

Relevant Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods of time

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
