Job summary

Shield HealthCare is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily distribution operations at our Valencia, California facility. You will supervise non-exempt staff, coordinate receiving, stocking and shipping, and ensure timely, accurate orders while maintaining safety standards and OSHA compliance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift certification, at least two years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Coordinate distribution, receiving, stocking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate orders and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee inventory and housekeeping.
• Train warehouse team and participate in safety program.
• Open/close facility and manage administrative tasks.
• Oversee month-end close and related duties.
