Job summary

HORIBA in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced Consignment Supervisor to lead the consignment program in a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate customer consignment programs, drive SAP-based workflows from sales order to delivery and inventory, and manage group KPIs and reporting to ensure data accuracy.

The HORIBA Group provides instruments and systems for automotive R&D, process and environmental monitoring, in‑vitro medical diagnostics, semiconductor manufacturing and metrology, and scientific R&D and QC measurements. The company is looking for an experienced Consignment Supervisor in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports in all aspects of the consignment program.
• Coordinate customer consignment programs.
• Manage reporting and KPIs assigned for the group.
• Process SAP consignment from sales order through delivery and inventory.
• Manage customer website information for data downloads and uploads.
• Communicate and negotiate with customers on delivery schedules, stock levels, and bin sizing.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP or similar ERP experience.
• 5+ years of inventory control or consignment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate requirements and expectations to customers and internal stakeholders clearly.
• Advanced Excel, BI reporting, Power Query, or equivalent.
• Experience with data visualization preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
