Job summary

HORIBA LAQUA EMEA in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Consignment Supervisor to join our North American Semiconductor group. You will supervise direct reports, coordinate customer consignment programs, and manage reporting and KPIs for the team, ensuring accurate cutoffs and timely data delivery.

The role requires SAP or similar ERP experience (5+ years), inventory control and consignment in manufacturing (5+ years), and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• SAP or similar ERP experience (5+ years).
• Inventory control and consignment in manufacturing (5+ years).
• Clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excel (Intermediate-Advanced) with BI Reporting/Power Query experience.
• Data visualization experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct reports in all aspects of consignment program.
• Coordinate customer consignment programs.
• Manage reporting and KPIs for the group.
• SAP consignment processing across sales order, delivery, and inventory.
• Manage customer website data downloads/uploads.
• Communicate with customers on delivery schedule, stock levels, and bin sizing.
