Job summary

HORIBA in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Consignment Supervisor to lead the consignment program within our North American Semiconductor team. You will oversee direct reports, coordinate customer programs, and drive KPI reporting while handling SAP consignment processing end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP/ERP, inventory control, and strong communication, analytical, and data-visualization skills.

Qualifications

• SAP or similar ERP experience 5+ years.
• Inventory control, consignment in manufacturing environment 5+ years.
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements and expectations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to monitor the program and reports including Excel Intermediate to Advanced, BI Reporting, Power Query experience or equivalent.
• Data Visualization experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines and deadlines.
