Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Supervisor for the Inpatient Coding team. The role leads supervisory duties for the inpatient coding staff across facilities, providing ongoing education and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and policies.

RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification is required, with preferred experience using 3M360 and EPIC. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in coding leadership, possess an AHIMA credential, and demonstrate strong compliance oversight.

Responsibilities
