You Keep the Machines—and the Care—Running

You’ve mastered medical equipment. Now lead from the front—where your expertise shapes how an entire team delivers care.

What You’ll Do
  • Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily.
  • Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp and on track.
  • Raise the bar: train others, solve the problems no one else can, and turn lessons into better systems.
  • Be the bridge: translate technical reality into clear updates for nurses, doctors, and leadership.
You’re Our Person
  • If…
  • You step in, not back, when equipment fails or the path isn’t clear.
  • You enjoy teaching others as much as solving the issue yourself.
  • You see patterns in problems—and fix the root, not just the symptom.
  • You’re as comfortable with people as you are with circuits and code.
Why Us

You won’t just maintain equipment—you’ll influence how care is delivered across departments. We trust our Senior Technicians to lead projects, shape operations, and improve how the team works every day.
