Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN to coordinate and manage clinical staff and workflows in Edmonds, Washington. The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Works directly with physicians regarding their practice related to the nursing department. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
